About the role

Monarch Landscape Companies is seeking an experienced Commercial Landscape Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair commercial landscapes including irrigation systems, hardscaping, and plant care
• Assist in the planning and execution of landscaping projects
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of landscape design principles
• Experience with landscape equipment and tools

Skills

• Proficiency in landscape maintenance software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in various weather conditions

Pay

$20 - $25 per hour based on experience

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8am - 4pm
