Volunteer Opportunities

Details of the Event

Get involved in the esports community by joining the Carolina Games Summit as a volunteer for our collaboration with South East Game Exchange in Greenville, SC on July 17th - 19th 2026!

• Opportunity to do a variety of tasks prior to, during, and after the event.
• Volunteers may be asked to assist tournament directors or other volunteers.
• Help register attendees, answer their questions about the event.
• Test and setup equipment, market the event, introduce, manage tournament brackets, free play areas, and general hospitality services such as cleanup and tear-down.

Requirements

• A love of video games is the #1 requirement for this position.
• Strong work ethic with high standards of quality combined with a willingness to contribute to make the event a success long term.
• Over the age of 18 and have an open schedule, or failing that, have your parents permission to volunteer.
• A recommendation letter from a parent or current/former employer is required for all volunteers.
• A background check will be performed on all volunteers to keep staff, attendees, and other volunteers safe.
