Job Summary

Support culinary leadership through high-quality food execution and operational excellence. As the Sous Chef, you will supervise kitchen operations, support culinary teams, and ensure food quality and safety standards are consistently maintained.

Qualifications

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • 2+ years of culinary leadership experience
  • Experience in high-volume kitchen operations
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to manage multiple kitchen priorities

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise kitchen operations during service
  • Support food production and menu execution
  • Ensure food quality and presentation standards
  • Train and mentor kitchen team members
  • Monitor sanitation and safety compliance
  • Assist with inventory and ordering processes
