• 5+ years of high-volume, upscale restaurant leadership experience
• Open availability including nights and weekends
• Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Love of modern food and drink
• Ability to stand, walk, and move during the entire shift, including bending and stooping
