About Us
In 2012, Thom & James drove a Piaggio ape Tuk Tuk from Sicily to London on a 'Pilgrimage' to learn the secrets of perfect Italian pizza. They started with a market stall in Soho and an oven in the back of the van, then opened their first pizzeria on Dean Street. Today, we have over 20 award-winning pizzerias across the UK, our own Pizza Academy for daily training workshops, and we’re a certified B Corp. We use the best ingredients from Naples—Caputo flour, fresh fior di latte, salsiccia e friarielle—to make authentic Neapolitan pizza every day.

About the Role
As a Second Pizza Chef, you’ll specialize in crafting the best Neapolitan pizzas, ensuring every guest leaves with a full belly and already planning their next visit. You’ll also take on leadership responsibilities, including:
- Team leadership and development
- Health and safety compliance
- Stock management
- Successful guest pizza launches
- Kitchen maintenance management
- Food quality auditing

Benefits
- Up to £37,500 base salary + tronc (service charge) + bonus, with potential to earn up to £50,000 annually
- 45-hour workweek over 5 days
- 28 days holiday + 1 extra day for every year of service (up to 5 years, max 33 days)
- After 5 years, a paid 4-week sabbatical on top of your 33 days holiday

Pay
Up to £37,500 base salary + tronc (service charge) + bonus, with potential to earn up to £50,000 annually.
