What will I do every day?
- Aids in the creation and preparation of high-quality meals using fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional recipes.
- Maintains inventory control of kitchen supplies and equipment.
- Organizes the kitchen and schedules tasks efficiently.
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Trains and develops new kitchen staff members.
What will I need to be successful in this role?
- Bring a positive attitude and teamwork skills.
- Show creativity and problem-solving abilities.
- Have a high school diploma (preferred).
- Hold 3 years of professional culinary experience (preferred).
Special Requirements/Certifications
A current ServSafe certification is required.
