About the role
We're looking for a Sourcing Specialist – Nuclear on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders in the ERP system (NAMS) following company procedures and nuclear quality requirements
- Support sourcing activities including request for quotation (RFQ) preparation, vendor communication, and bid evaluation
- Cook up with your team — including plant teams, CPED, and Accounts Payable — to ensure and compliant material delivery
- Maintain an accurate procurement records and documentation in compliance with nuclear regulatory standards
- Support process improvement projects and contribute to team training efforts
- Identify and escalate supply chain risks or procurement issues to senior team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Prior experience in procurement, logistics, or a regulated industry
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Interest in nuclear energy or safety-critical supply chains
- Commitment to compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement

Pay
The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $23.00/hr. to $28.00/hr.
