About the Role
Supports strategic sourcing through supplier research, competitive bidding, commercial analysis, negotiations, and market intelligence. Focuses on supplier selection and commercial optimization before purchasing execution.
Responsibilities
- Conduct supplier market research and identify qualified suppliers
- Prepare and manage RFQs and RFPs
- Analyze supplier quotations and total cost of ownership
- Develop bid evaluations and award recommendations
- Support supplier qualification and preferred supplier programs
- Assist with negotiation of pricing, rebates, terms, and blanket agreements
- Monitor commodity markets and supplier risks
- Transition awarded suppliers to Purchasing for execution

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3–5 years relevant experience
- ERP/Procurement system experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
