Sourcing Recruiter (Remote)
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can use those headings. We need to include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. So we need to see if we have content for each.
- Skills: Could extract skills from responsibilities or qualifications: e.g., sourcing strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent mapping, ATS/CRM, etc. Could list as . Might be appropriate.
- Benefits: The posting includes "Belong, Connect and Grow at KBR" describing culture but not explicit benefits like health, 401k. No explicit benefits listed. So we should NOT create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does not list benefits like health insurance, etc. So omit Benefits.
- Pay: Yes compensation range given. So include Pay.
- Schedule: Work Environment includes Working Hours: Standard Business Hours. That's schedule info. So include Schedule.
- Location: Remote is part of Work Environment but not a heading; we could include under Schedule? Not exactly. Could include location in About the role or maybe under Schedule? But schedule heading is for hours. Could include location in About the role or maybe under Work Environment but we don't have a heading for that. Could fold location into About the role paragraph.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Pay, Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for title.
We must not include Job ID.
We must not include boilerplate EEO etc.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them into lists/paragraphs.
We must not add placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to ensure we don't omit any substantive info.
Let's extract content:

Belong, Connect and Grow at KBR: paragraph about culture. This is substantive but not under any heading; we could include under About the role maybe as a paragraph about company culture. Or we could create a separate section? Not allowed headings besides those. Could fold into About the role.
EEO boilerplate to remove.
Now we need to output HTML fragment with headings and - for lists,
for prose.
We need to decide which content goes where.
About the role: Could combine Program Summary, Job Summary, and the Belong, Connect and Grow paragraph. Possibly also location? But location is remote; we could mention location in About the role or Schedule. Since Schedule heading is for hours, we could mention location in About the role.
Thus About the role
containing the program summary, job summary, and culture paragraph.
Responsibilities:

Could create a of skills mentioned: Multi-channel sourcing strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs, talent communities, professional networks, Boolean search, targeted email/SMS campaigns, talent mapping, labor market research, competitor analysis, ATS/CRM pipeline management, candidate profiling, resume assessment, screening insights, performance metrics analysis, response rates, conversion rates, time-to-slate, employer branding, recruitment marketing, talent communities, hiring events, workforce intelligence reporting, compensation trends, competitive hiring activity, labor market conditions, process improvement, automation, technology optimization. That seems derived.
Pay: with compensation range and note.
Schedule:
with location remote, travel requirements minimal 0-20%, working hours standard business hours.
We must not include any heading with empty content.
Now ensure we don't repeat any info unnecessarily but preserve all substantive info. Some info may appear in multiple sections (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter appears in responsibilities and skills). That's okay as long as we preserve.
We must not include boilerplate like "Other duties as assigned" - that's part of responsibilities; we keep it.
We must not include the EEO statement.
Now produce HTML.
