Responsibilities
- Solving challenging problems and applying creativity and innovation
- Create robust sourcing strategies and recommendations
- Drive category insights, analysis, and benchmarking
- Synthesize disparate data sources into actionable insights
- Work with clients to identify and interpret key project requirements
- Nurture relationships with client stakeholders
- Facilitate development of project plans and overall project management to ensure effective delivery
- Develop presentations and key deliverables to support decision making
- Communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and client stakeholders
- Achieve excellence and dependability through the execution of projects and initiatives
- Support Accenture’s Marketing Center of Excellence by creating deliverable content to capture marketing category knowledge and support business development
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience executing Strategic Sourcing projects/programs, including exposure to Marketing negotiations
- Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) products, including the ability to develop and interpret complex analytical models and ad-hoc reports
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years’ work experience)
- Marketing category and procurement expertise in one or more of these subcategories: Creative Agencies, Media Buying & Planning, PR Agencies, Experiential Agencies, Market Research, MarTech, Digital/Social Marketing, Commercial Print, and Promotional Items
Qualifications
- Management consulting experience with a well-regarded firm (strongly preferred)
- Management consulting experience in a client-facing role
- Prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (i.e., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
- Earned an MBA or equivalent graduate degree
- Demonstrated abilities in problem solving and independent decision-making capabilities
- Ability to effectively take on multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Self-starter mindset and bias towards proactively taking initiative to learn, grow, and advance projects
- You are comfortable in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven environment and a capacity for innovation and process improvement

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
