Job SummaryOur client is seeking a Sourcing Manager - IV to join their team! This position is a 26 week contract, 100% remote. Pacific/Central/Mountain time zones are preferred. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role. Core ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end sourcing processes including requirements gathering, RFP/RFI development, proposal evaluation, scenario analysis, supplier selection, and contract drafting, negotiation and execution to deliver optimal value and termsExecute main service agreements, statements of work, letter agreements, and order formsDefine commodity and supplier strategiesAdopt best-practice commodity management and strategic sourcing processesTrack category performance relative to targets and conduct supplier reviews for assigned suppliersCommunicate clearly with procurement leadership, business stakeholders and team about strategies, contracts, and project updatesIdentify and recommend future sourcing opportunitiesAnalyze supply market and current supply baseBuild business caseBuild RFx and auctionNegotiate contract provisionsTrack and report category performance against targetsOn-board suppliersConduct supplier performance reviewsMonitor contract execution Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)7+ years of strategic sourcing experience required (10+ years is preferred)Experience in Indirect Procurement required Experience Leading RFP/RFI processesCandidates with Marketing experience are especially encouraged to applyExperience supporting complex or strategic sourcing initiatives Leveraged AI-powered procurement tools, spend analytics, and market intelligence to generate insights, identify savings opportunities, and support data-driven sourcing decisionsStrong analytical skills and competency with Excel are requiredExperience leading end-to-end sourcing processes including requirements gathering, RFP/RFI development, proposal evaluation, scenario analysis, supplier selection, and contract drafting, negotiation and execution Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)10+ years of strategic sourcing experience is preferredExperience in Indirect Procurement is strongly preferred Key Competencies & BehaviorsStrategic SourcingIndirect ProcurementAnalytical SkillsSupplier ManagementContract Negotiation and ExecutionCategory Performance ManagementData-Driven Sourcing Decisions Work EnvironmentLocation: Remote100% remotePacific/Central/Mountain time zones are preferred Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $37.00 and $54.00 per hour Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate.
