Strategic Sourcing
Build strong cross-functional relationships and partner with internal Facilities Management teams and clients to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client.
Proactively manage internal and external customer expectations by understanding their business needs and priorities.
Bring strategic thought leadership to account to identify cost and operational efficiencies as it relates to Sourcing or Contract Management activities.
- Develop category plan to provide visibility to subcategory spends, supplier summaries, stakeholder engagement plans, contract summaries and market insights that lead to both short and long-term strategies.
- Absess and build annual sourcing initiatives that provide detailed service commodity strategies that identify objectives, leveraged spend initiative, and milestone timelines.
- Lead the development of change management plans associated with sourcing activities to ensure timely communication and engagement of key stakeholders (operational and otherwise) throughout the life of the sourcing initiatives (from planning to execution).
- Meet with JLL and Client Leadership to review progress and engage them to advocate and sponsor change.
Contract Management
- Administer and maintain Supplier contract files to ensure compliancy and all necessary contract documentation requirements.
- Ensure compliance to sourcing and contracting policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular market and spend analysis programs to drive cost savings and supplier improvements.
- Conduct local and regional Supplier Performance review meetings, when requested, and manage supplier scorecards, contract compliance and service obligations.
- Build transparency of Supplier spend and key risks related to our suppliers.
- Lead reporting of results and opportunities.
Supply Chain Performance
- Manage supplier relationships.
- Understand, track, and mitigate key risks related to our supply chain partners.
- Report results and identify opportunities for improvements on a regular basis.
