Pay
Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market data.
- Sr Sourcing Compliance Specialist: $85,000 (minimum) - $110,000 (midpoint) - $136,000 (maximum)
- Sourcing Compliance Specialist II: $72,000 (minimum) - $93,000 (midpoint) - $115,000 (maximum)

Sr Sourcing Compliance Specialist
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement compliance programs and initiatives, including creating new policies, procedures, and tools to ensure adherence to regulations and internal guidelines.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments of procurement processes to identify potential areas of non-compliance and assess associated risks.
- Complete government Purchase Order compliance reviews to support maintaining an approved purchasing system and complete DCMA Small Business 640 reviews to maintain an acceptable government rating.
- Manage and monitor vendor compliance, including due diligence processes, contract reviews, and ongoing monitoring of vendor activities.
- Investigate potential compliance violations, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Provide guidance and training to procurement staff and stakeholders on compliance matters, acting as a subject matter expert.

Sourcing Compliance Specialist II
Responsibilities
- Implement procurement, small business, and government property policies and procedures, including distributing updates and training staff.
- Monitor procurement activities for adherence to regulations and internal policies by reviewing purchase orders, contracts, and vendor documentation.
- Maintain and organize compliance-related documentation, such as contracts, vendor certifications, and audit trails.
- Support audits by providing documentation and information to demonstrate compliance.
- Develop and deliver compliance training materials, including presentations and online training modules.
Skills
- Understanding of procurement principles, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
- Deep working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting procurement, small business, and government property.
- Attention to detail to review documents, identify inconsistencies, and ensure accuracy.
