Sourcing and Category Lead - BPO

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute global category strategy for BPO & Debt Services
• Lead sourcing events (RFPs/RFXs), negotiations, and contract structuring
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and align sourcing with business priorities
• Manage supplier performance, risk (financial, regulatory, operational), and compliance controls
• Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities (incl. buying channels)
• Track market trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Core Requirements

• Proven category strategy execution delivering measurable value
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management experience
• Risk identification and mitigation across complex supply chains
• Data-driven decision-making and senior stakeholder engagement skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISM, CIPS, IACCM) preferred

• Financial services experience
• BPO and/or debt services category expertise
• Exposure to AI-driven or automated sourcing solutions
