JOB TITLE: Sourcer LOCATION: Foster City, CA (Onsite) PAY RANGE: $51 - $61/hr. DURATION: 6 Months Job Description: We are looking for a Sourcer who is interested in joining a world-class sourcing team. This team will scale our talent pipeline and serve as a force multiplier for our recruiting team. In this role, you will help talent map and drive sourcing strategy for a diverse set of systems engineering roles. You will have the independence and ownership to set pipeline-building strategy for the teams you support. This position requires an uncommon balance of teamwork, dedication, and interpersonal skills. You will be expected to act as a brand ambassador and deliver results in a fast-paced work environment. Most importantly, you must have a genuine passion for the mission. Responsibilities: Qualify and understand job requirements Source and screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit Build a pipeline of engineering talent with recruiting partners to meet company needs and priorities Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of full-cycle sourcing experience Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit Tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization Bonus Qualifications: Experience recruiting/sourcing systems or software positions Experience working for a recruiting agency or sourcing in-house Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior engineering leadership BENEFITS SUMMARY: Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
