Source to Pay Architect – Procurement Solution Architect

About the Role

Lead and design sourcing, procurement, invoice, and payment processes across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Procurement and Source-to-Pay transformation strategy across sourcing, purchasing, supplier collaboration, inventory replenishment, and procurement operations.
• Own the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solution architecture.
• Design and govern core procurement processes, including:
  • Requisitions
  • Purchase Orders
  • Contracts
  • Scheduling Agreements
  • Service Procurement
  • Subcontracting
  • Consignment
  • Indirect Purchasing
• Establish standardized procurement policies and global template development.
• Define supplier management and strategic sourcing capabilities.
• Lead inventory replenishment and procurement integration architecture.
• Design financial and compliance integrations with:
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Cost Management
  • Asset Accounting
  • Tax
  • Approval Workflows
  • Internal Controls
  • Audit
• Establish procurement analytics, reporting, and KPI frameworks.

Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Certification preferred.
• 10–15+ years of experience in:
  • SAP MM (Materials Management)
  • SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
  • Logistics
  • Inventory Management
  • SAP S/4HANA
  • SAP Ariba Sourcing & Contracts
  • SAP Ariba SLP (Supplier Lifecycle & Performance)
  • SAP Ariba Contracts
• Experience serving as a Solution Architect with expertise in end-to-end Procurement business operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM.
