About the role

Soorty, one of Pakistan’s leading denim and garment manufacturing companies, is expanding its team and looking for a talented, driven, and ambitious professional to join us as Quality Assurance Manager at our Korangi Industrial Area location in Karachi.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality and compliance throughout the production process.
• Conduct quality inspections, audits, and analyze quality performance.
• Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Cookordination with production and cross-functional teams to improve quality and reduce defects.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and preventive actions.
• Conduct training programs and develop quality teams.
• Manage customer quality requirements and support technical and compliance audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in cut-to-pack garment manufacturing.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance Manager role, preferably in denim products.
