Sonographer - Relief

Responsibilities

• Performing various ultrasound procedures such as pelvic, anatomy scans, nuchal measurements, cervical lengths, BPP, and gynecologic ultrasounds.
• Aiding patients, interpreting histories, and ensuring safety and comfort during exams.
• Documenting patient information accurately and timely.
• Communicating effectively with patients and physicians, and supporting clinical staff.
• Responding to patient emergencies and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program.
• ARdMS OBGYN certification within 6 months of hire, CPR certification, NT certification preferred.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, ultrasound practice, and medical terminology.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment.
