Sonographer - Relief

About the role

Perform diagnostic ultrasounds for obstetrical and gynecological patients, including pelvic exams, nuchal thickness measurements, cervical length assessments, anatomy scans, BPP, AFT, and other gynecologic/pelvic ultrasounds.

Responsibilities

• Interpret patient histories
• Ensure safety and comfort
• Accurately document information
• Liaise with physicians
• Manage a demanding environment
• Provide support to clinical staff
• Maintain safety protocols

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program
• ARDMS OBGYN certification within 6 months
• CPR certification
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• One year of ultrasound and OB-GYN experience preferred
