Provides diagnostic imaging services using ultrasound technology.
Responsibilities
- Performs diagnostic imaging procedures using ultrasound equipment.
- Documents patient information accurately and comprehensively.
- Communicates effectively with patients and other healthcare providers.
- Maintains compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited sonography program.
- Current certification from a recognized organization.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
