About the role

Coulee Medical Center is seeking a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our Imaging department team. The position offers a $7,500 bonus eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Supports the patient care cycle by performing a variety of imaging procedures.
• Ensures patient safety when conducting these procedures in accordance with state, federal and industry guidelines.
• Utilizes strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills to maintain patient flow while balancing the emergent/stat studies needed.
• Maintains current with industry technology and educates on changes and improvements in their field of expertise.
• Maintains a close working relationship with medical providers, nursing and other staff members.

Requirements

• Graduate of a 2-year allied-health education program.
• Must be registered with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
• Current BLS certification.

Bonus Details

• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (paid upon hire)
• $2,500 1-year Retention Bonus
• $2,500 2-year Retention Bonus

The pay grade range for this position has been finalized for the facility according to an evaluation of the roles’ duties and requirements. The selected candidate will be placed within the appropriate range based on job knowledge, skills, education and experience.
