Sonic Shift Manager

About the role

As a Shift Manager at Sonic Drive-In, you’ll lead a team, keep operations running smoothly, and help deliver the iconic Sonic experience guests love. Responsibilities

• Lead a team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and waste management.
• Handle cash transactions and manage employee schedules.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and enhance their dining experience.
• Participate in regular meetings with upper management to discuss strategies and address concerns.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
