About the role
As a Shift Manager at Sonic Drive-In, you’ll lead a team, keep operations running smoothly, and help deliver the iconic Sonic experience guests love. Responsibilities
- Lead a team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Train and develop team members to meet performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct daily inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness and quality.
- Coordinate with other managers to plan and execute special events and promotions.
Requirements
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
