Sonic Shift Manager

About the role

As a Shift Manager at Sonic Drive-In, you’ll lead a team, keep operations running smoothly, and help deliver the iconic Sonic experience guests love. Responsibilities

• Lead a team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
• Train and develop team members to meet performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct daily inspections of the restaurant to ensure cleanliness and quality.
• Coordinate with other managers to plan and execute special events and promotions.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
