Sonic Shift Manager

About the role

As a Shift Manager at Sonic Drive-In, you'll lead a team, keep operations running smoothly, and help deliver the iconic Sonic experience guests love. This role offers paid training, shift meal discounts, medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid time off, and access to KBP Cares.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of employees to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing support to maintain high standards.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage inventory and ordering processes to meet demand.
• Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate reporting.
• Participate in regular meetings with management to discuss performance and plan improvements.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a food service (quick service preferred) or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
