for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. The posting includes: company description, purpose of the role, principal accountabilities (list), other (list), experience/qualifications required, skills and competencies, working conditions, benefits mention (competitive pay and range of attractive benefits). No specific pay or schedule details given, so we should NOT create Pay or Schedule sections because they are not stated. Benefits: they mention "competitive pay and a range of attractive benefits." That's vague but it's a statement about benefits. The rule: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). "competitive pay and a range of attractive benefits" is somewhat generic but still mentions benefits. It's not placeholder like "TBD". It says they offer competitive pay and a range of attractive benefits. That's specific enough? It's not a list but a statement. We could include Benefits section with that statement in
. Pay section: they mention competitive pay but that's also about pay. However they said "competitive pay and a range of attractive benefits." Could we split? The rule: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine pay and benefits into Benefits? But they have separate headings for Pay and Benefits. Since they mention both pay and benefits together, we could either make a Benefits section that includes mention of competitive pay and benefits, or we could make Pay section with "competitive pay" and Benefits with "range of attractive benefits". However that would be thin. Better to make a single Benefits section that covers both. But the instruction says use headings exactly as listed: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. If we omit Pay, we must not include heading if no specific content. Since we have mention of competitive pay, we could include Pay section with that statement. But then Benefits section would also have statement about benefits. That would be two thin sections. Might be okay but they said prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine into Benefits and omit Pay. However they said include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. The posting does mention pay (competitive pay) and benefits (range of attractive benefits). So both have some content. But they are vague. Yet not placeholder. I'd lean to include both Pay and Benefits sections each with a short paragraph. That follows the instruction to include sections when there is real content. It's not ideal but follows. We also need About the role section: we have company description and purpose of the role. Could put that in About the role. Responsibilities: principal accountabilities list. Requirements: maybe experience/qualifications required? The headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to map content. Experience/Qualifications Required could go under Requirements or Qualifications. Skills And Competencies under Skills. We also have Working Conditions - not a heading in list; we could maybe put under Requirements? But there's no heading for Working Conditions. Should we omit? The instruction: use headings only from the list. So we cannot create a Working Conditions heading. We must incorporate that content somewhere else, maybe under Responsibilities or Requirements? But it's not a responsibility. Could be part of Requirements? Might be okay to include as a
under Requirements or Qualifications? However we must preserve ALL substantive information. If we omit Working Conditions entirely, we lose info. So we need to include it somewhere. Could add a
under Requirements (or Qualifications) describing working conditions. Since there's no specific heading, we can embed within existing section. Similarly, the company description at start could go under About the role. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. At the end there is some EEO language: "At sims together we are a diverse group of employees who are supported by our equal opportunity policy." Also "We also offer competitive pay and a range of attractive benefits." That's benefits. Also "A career with Sims provides you with the opportunity to work with an organization whose goal is to be the world’s safest and most responsible recycling company." That's fluff but could be part of About the role. We need to remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The EEO line is boilerplate; we should remove it. Also the "At sims together we are a diverse group..." is EEO-ish; remove. Also the "We also offer competitive pay and a range of attractive benefits." is not boilerplate; it's a benefit statement. Keep. Also "A career with Sims provides you with the opportunity to work with an organization whose goal is to be the world’s safest and most responsible recycling company." That's generic but maybe keep as part of About the role. Now construct HTML. Structure:

Benefits
Competitive pay and a range of attractive benefits.
We might also include Pay section? Since we already put pay in Benefits, we could omit Pay. But we have mention of competitive pay in Benefits. If we omit Pay heading, we are not losing info because it's included. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So combining pay and benefits into Benefits is better. We'll not include Pay or Schedule sections. We need to ensure we didn't repeat job title. Not included. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO line. Also removed "At sims together we are a diverse group..." etc. Also removed "We also offer competitive pay and a range of attractive benefits."? Actually we kept that as Benefits. Good. Check for duplicated lines: The responsibilities list includes "Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and initiatives." appears twice? In the original there is "Comply with all Safety, Health, and Environmental, policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure a safe work environment." and then "Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and initiatives." Both are separate; we kept both. Also "Support diversity and inclusion, positive employee relations, and team environment." appears also later under Other? Actually there is "Support diversity and inclusion, positive employee relations, and teamwork." under Other. We have one under Responsibilities and maybe we should not duplicate. The Responsibilities list already includes that line. The Other list includes similar but we can omit duplicate to avoid repetition. We should preserve all substantive information but not duplicate identical lines. The Other list includes: "Demonstrate personal responsibility for all Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) policies, procedures, and initiatives." That's similar to first responsibility but not identical. Also "Support diversity and inclusion, positive employee relations, and teamwork." Slight variation (teamwork vs team environment). Could keep both but they are similar. Might be okay to keep both but we could combine? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicated lines: we should remove duplicated lines. The line "Support diversity and inclusion, positive employee relations, and team environment." appears in Responsibilities. The Other list has "Support diversity and inclusion, positive employee relations, and teamwork." Not identical but similar. Might be considered duplicated? Safer to keep both as they are subtly different. However we could keep both. Also "Support measures designed to effectively manage costs and adherence to budgetary requirements." from Other; we didn't include that. That's substantive; we should include somewhere. Could add to Responsibilities as another bullet. Also "Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality requirements." from Other. Also "Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and initiatives relevant to job." from Other (similar to earlier). Might be duplicate. Also "Support training and performance management initiatives." from Other. We need to incorporate Other bullet points into Responsibilities or maybe a separate section? Since we only have headings list, we could add them under Responsibilities as additional bullets. Let's extract Other bullet points: - Demonstrate personal responsibility for all Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) policies, procedures, and initiatives. - Support diversity and inclusion, positive employee relations, and teamwork. - Support measures designed to effectively manage costs and adherence to budgetary requirements. - Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality requirements. - Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and initiatives relevant to job. -
