Solutions Platform Engineer

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Expert Sierra demonstration environment's reliability and functionality
• Troubleshoot platform issues involving various technologies and applications
• Investigate and coordinate resolution for complex, system-wide problems
• Manage user access and permissions for the demonstration environment
• Support the deployment of new products and features, coordinating all relevant communication and testing
• Act as a technical resource and communicate effectively with Sales and Solutions Consulting teams
• Document platform configurations and maintenance procedures

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in technical support, platform engineering, or system administration
• Proven troubleshooting skills across a diverse technology stack
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server, IIS, and PowerShell
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases
• Experience managing user access through Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
