Solutions Manager, Financial Services

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Articulate the company's platform value to various audiences
• Develop understanding of payments and fraud prevention landscapes
• Represent the company at industry and client events
• Translate client needs into actionable requirements
• Serve as internal project manager for client engagements
• Hold teams accountable to project timelines
• Communicate the product roadmap to external partners
• Manage legal and contractual processes for partnerships

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in B2B financial services, e-commerce, payments, risk, or fraud
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
• Familiarity with legal contracting processes
• Ability to communicate effectively between business and technology teams
• Experience in scoping technical requirements and engagements
• Background in business analysis, consulting, or technical roles is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
