Solutions & Implementation Lead

About the role

We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our customer team. This role involves deploying our AI-native platform, which connects every person, step, and system to streamline procurement processes. You will advise customers on the optimal solutions for their needs, ensuring they achieve meaningful value from our platform.

Responsibilities

• Deploy the Omnea platform and key strategic modules, features, and integrations
• Advising customers on product configuration and refining implementation strategies
• Managing onboarding and deployments, working with product to prioritize roadmap features for customers
• Presenting value-focused demos of the platform, building bespoke configurations of workflows for key stakeholders
• Becoming a product expert and building meaningful relationships with customers
• Working with key stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, InfoSec, IT, and other departments
• Acting as a diligent project manager, coordinating and driving towards launch, and focusing customer key stakeholders on achieving key milestones
• Building relationships and managing stakeholders at various levels within the customer organization

Requirements

You should have 5-8 years of experience in a top-tier and fast-paced environment, such as a start-up, scale-up, VC firm, consulting, banking, or an entrepreneurial endeavor. You must be tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new products and tools. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with clients at all levels.

Qualifications

You should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a proven track record of success in a client-facing role. You should also have a strong understanding of procurement and automation platforms.

$120K - $190K

Schedule

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in-person at our offices.
