What You'll Do Develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building.Meet with prospective customers to understand their business objectives, identify technology challenges, and present solutions that deliver measurable ROI.Present and demonstrate Kidwell's physical security, access control, video surveillance, structured cabling, healthcare technology, and audio/visual solutions.Build lasting relationships with customers by serving as a trusted technology advisor.Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities for additional services and future projects.Collaborate with Kidwell's engineering, estimating, and operations teams to develop customized solutions and competitive proposals.Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools and consistently achieve activity and revenue goals.Build strategic relationships with manufacturer partners and stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends.Represent Kidwell professionally at customer meetings, networking events, trade shows, and industry functions. What We're Looking For 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience (technology, construction, security, or related industry preferred).Bachelor's degree or Associate degree preferred; equivalent sales or industry experience will be considered.A genuine interest in technology and a desire to continuously learn new products and solutions.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with a proven ability to work independently.Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.Comfortable using CRM systems and developing a structured sales pipeline.Willingness to travel throughout Nebraska with occasional overnight travel.
