About the role
Luminovo builds software that powers the electronics supply chain, and we're expanding our North American team. We're seeking a Solutions Engineer to support our go-to-market strategy. This role involves technical demonstrations during pre-sales calls, building customer trust, and providing hands-on support during the initial stages of customer onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Join pre-sales calls with Account Executives to demonstrate the platform’s technical capabilities and build credibility with industry experts.
- Create tailored ROI cases for OEM and EMS prospects to assist Account Executives in closing deals.
- Own the customer onboarding process for the first 4 to 8 weeks, including tenant configuration, training, and ensuring the customer reaches value quickly.
- Develop deep expertise in the Luminovo platform and the electronics-manufacturing landscape, identifying potential risks and keeping projects on track.
- Translate insights gained from the field into actionable feedback for the Product team to inform future development.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the electronics manufacturing industry.
- A technical background, preferably with a degree in a science or engineering field.
- Early in your career, eager to contribute and grow within the role.
- Ability to quickly grasp new modules and industry areas, rather than specializing deeply in one area.
- Comfortable having technical conversations with industry experts and explaining complex concepts clearly.
- US citizen or permanent resident, authorized to work in the US.
- Experience with AI technologies, not just using them.
Qualifications
- Passionate about accelerating technological progress and contributing to the electronics supply chain.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical information effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings and industry events.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in relevant software and platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and risk management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and roles.
Benefits
- Hybrid work setup from one of our US hubs — New York City or Austin, TX — strongly preferred.
- Remote (US-based) option considered for exceptional candidates, ideally Central or Eastern Time.
- Regular team retreats and industry events, with travel expenses covered.
Pay
$82K - $126.6K range.
