- Create tailored ROI cases for OEM and EMS prospects to support the closing process.
- Own customer onboarding for the first 4 to 8 weeks, including tenant configuration, training, and ensuring the customer reaches value quickly.
- Develop deep expertise in the Luminovo platform and the electronics-manufacturing landscape.
- Identify and mitigate implementation risks early to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Translate field insights into actionable feedback for the Product team to inform future development.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the electronics manufacturing industry.
- A technical background, preferably with a degree in a science or engineering field.
- Early in your career, eager to grow and contribute to the team.
- Ability to quickly grasp new modules and industry areas, with a preference for breadth over deep specialization.
- Comfortable discussing complex topics with industry experts and explaining them simply.
- US citizen or permanent resident, authorized to work in the US.
- Experience with AI technologies, not just using them.
Qualifications
- Passionate about accelerating technological progress and contributing to the electronics supply chain.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to hold your own in technical conversations.
- Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a hybrid work setup.
- Ability to travel occasionally for team retreats and industry events.

- Technical proficiency in relevant software and platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and risk management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
