ServiceTitan’s Sales team plays a critical role in showing potential customers the value our software can deliver to their businesses. This role involves collaborating with the Solutions Engineering team to help existing customers adopt new features through a blend of sales skills, technical expertise, and deep understanding of customer business processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Pro Sales team to lead custom product demonstrations based on the business process and workflow of existing customers
- Analyze and provide objective feedback for Account Managers if customers are compatible with the recommended product and/or features
- Support upselling opportunities to current customers on additional ServiceTitan products to drive increased recurring revenue
- Reposition customer objections by providing creative workflow solutions based on deep knowledge of ServiceTitan’s software and competitive advantages
- Create clear documentation and approach for delivery to the implementation team
- Maintain and update industry-specific scripts for the internal team to use during demos
- Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share consumer insights
- Be the subject matter expert on product updates and releases to address potential implications for business owners
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Solutions Engineering and/or relevant experience in Sales, Product, or Engineering
- Background in the Trades and/or Marketing is a plus
- Proven track record of success within or assisting the Sales organization at a previous company
- Natural ability to think and act proactively to address roadblocks and issues
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with a group of people
- A desire to constantly learn and apply these learnings in your day-to-day

Pay
For candidates in the United States, the salary ranges are:
- Zone 1: $105,100 USD (applicable for CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, and WA)
- Zone 2: $98,200 USD (applicable for all other US locations)
This role is also eligible for a variable commission plan. International compensation will vary by location and will be discussed during the hiring process.
Schedule
This role will be based in either Atlanta, GA, Los Angeles, CA, Salt Lake City, UT, or remote.
