Solutions Engineer - Pre-Sales (L1-L2)
About The Role
You will partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise in the sales process and beyond, helping uncover and prove out use cases to showcase the value of the Omni platform.
You will build and present Proofs of Concept in the Omni Platform as part of the evaluation process, while enabling prospective customers on how to successfully use Omni on their data.
You will smoothly transition trials into successful customers, by partnering with post-sales teams, and engaging with our partners to plan for ongoing support where needed.
You will collaborate extensively with Product, Design, and Engineering to provide user feedback and guide product direction.
About You
- 3+ years working in data analytics / BI
- Experience in a client-facing role, desire to work closely with customers
- Strong SQL skills, using SQL for analytics
- Passionate about working with data
- Loving to learn; enthusiastic about helping and teaching others
- Prior experience with business intelligence and/or enterprise data analytics tools preferred (such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, Sisense, etc)
Location
This role allows for a hybrid work schedule, with 3 days per week in office with the team in our SF headquarters.

Compensation Range
$140K - $200K
