About the role

Team Overview At Edward Jones, our Network Technologies team designs and supports the enterprise network platforms that enable secure, reliable connectivity across the firm. This team partners closely with architecture, operations, and cloud teams to modernize network infrastructure while maintaining the stability and resilience required in a highly regulated environment. Joining this team means working on largescale, business-critical systems where thoughtful design, automation, and operational excellence directly impact the firm’s ability to serve clients.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with architects and engineering peers to design, test, and implement enterprise network solutions
  • Serve as the technology lead for major network upgrades and deployment initiatives
  • Ensure network solutions meet operational requirements for performance, capacity, resiliency, automation, monitoring, backup, and lifecycle management
  • Lead investigation and resolution of complex network incidents and escalations
