Solutions Engineer-Hyperscale and AI Infrastructure

For our client, we are seeking a Solutions Engineer-Hyperscale and AI Infrastructure to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will partner closely with customers to architect and present scalable infrastructure solutions that support AI workloads, service provider environments, and large-scale data center networks. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers understand how integrated networking approaches can improve performance, resilience, and business outcomes. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, customer engagement, and the ability to translate complex technical needs into practical solutions in a fast-moving technology environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $209,100 – $275,100 annually Responsibilities Lead technical engagements with AI platform and infrastructure customers Design AI, service provider, and data center networks at scale Identify customer needs and showcase cross-architecture solutions Conduct demonstrations that highlight how solutions drive business outcomes Mobilize a broad network of stakeholders to enhance customer relationships Adjust strategies in response to disruptions and changing market conditions Stay current on AI industry trends and changes Qualifications 8+ years of experience in technical sales or customer engagement, particularly in data center networking and service provider markets Deep technical expertise in service provider architectures, including data center, route/switch, AI-ready networking, and automation Strong technical expertise in networking solutions or equivalent competitor products Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to build strong customer relationships 10+ years of hands-on experience in high-velocity, advanced technology environments Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent CCIE certification is desirable Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with matching contributions Paid parental leave and short- and long-term disability coverage Flexible vacation time off program with no defined limit for exempt employees Paid time off for holidays, personal wellness, and volunteer opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
