Solutions Engineer

XTrace Overview

XTrace is a memory layer for AI agents designed to help them remember and recall information effectively. This role involves integrating XTrace into various workflows and systems, building demos and prototypes, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to address any gaps.

What You'll Do

• Help customers integrate XTrace into their workflows and systems
• Build demos, prototypes, and reference implementations
• Translate product capabilities into real use cases
• Debug issues across APIs, authentication, and data flows
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to close gaps

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation in APIs, authentication, and web applications
• Ability to turn abstract problems into concrete solutions
• Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Hands-on approach to solving problems, rather than just advising

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/LLM workflows
• Familiarity with tools such as Auth0, Supabase, or similar stacks
• Experience in early-stage startups
