About the role
We are hiring for a Solutions Engineer to help customers succeed with Workbrew. One part product educator, one part technical consultant, you’ll help organizations understand the value we deliver, design integrations, and solve complex technical problems that stand in the way of rollout.
This is a full-time role, reporting to the Director of Solutions Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical partner to new and existing customers—during evaluations, onboarding, and renewals.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, especially to technical audiences (IT, SecOps, Infrastructure).
- Help implement and troubleshoot integrations with MDMs, CI/CD pipelines, identity providers, and internal developer tooling.
- Travel (up to 50%) to meet strategic customers and attend industry events.
Requirements
- You have at least 5 years professional, full-time experience working in a customer-facing role such as a Consulting Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Engineer
- You are an expert in the packaging management lifecycle, including Homebrew
- You have worked at an early-stage technology company previously, bonus points if on a remote, timezone-distributed team before
- You have a keen sense of persuasion and influence amongst technical and non-technical decision-makers

$165k - 200k USD (On-Target Earnings)
