Solutions Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and technically curious Solutions Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, sales, product, and engineering teams to understand technical requirements and help design, demonstrate, and implement effective solutions. This role is suitable for fresh graduates and candidates with 0 3 years of experience who are interested in technology, solution design, customer interaction, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Work with sales and engineering teams to develop appropriate solution approaches.
• Assist in designing, configuring, and implementing technical solutions.
• Participate in technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
• Prepare solution proposals, technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and presentations.
• Assist with proof-of-concept (POC) development and product testing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and identify suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with product, development, implementation, and support teams.
• Evaluate customer environments and recommend appropriate technologies or configurations.
• Assist with system integrations, APIs, databases, and third-party applications as required.
