We’re looking for a curious, solutions-oriented engineer with 5+ years of experience in AdTech or martech, ideally supporting mobile or cross-platform programmatic products. You thrive at the intersection of technical problem-solving and strategic communication, and you enjoy digging into data to uncover insights. You’re just as comfortable speaking to CTOs as you are simplifying technical concepts for client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and integration of Verve’s advertising technology with publisher and advertiser platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to architect scalable solutions for clients.
• Proactively identify performance opportunities through data analysis and client engagement.
• Drive internal documentation and process improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency.
• Own technical relationship post-sale and support ongoing partner success.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Manager, or Software Engineering role.
• Strong experience with programmatic ad tech, mobile SDKs, or SSPs/DSPs.
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills; experience with Python a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and modern data tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage multiple partner integrations and competing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.

Pay

Salary Range $130 - $150 USD
