This role offers broad exposure to Salesforce architecture, ERP integrations, automation, and emerging platform capabilities while providing significant ownership and visibility across multiple business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple business units.
• Lead the technical design and hands-on implementation of new Salesforce initiatives.
• Build and enhance integrations between Salesforce, ERP systems, and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Improve existing automations, integrations, and business processes.
• Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and recommend solutions that drive business value.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to successfully deliver projects.
• Troubleshoot and continuously optimize the Salesforce platform.

Requirements

• Strong experience with the Salesforce platform and Salesforce best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows, security, automation, and data architecture.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• MuleSoft or other middleware platforms (strongly preferred).
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud.
• Salesforce Field Service.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• ERP integrations.
• Apex development.

Location: Onsite in Altoona, PA. Compensation: Salary or hourly.
