Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions
- Build end-to-end pipelines including data ingestion, preprocessing, and deployment
- Work closely with product, engineering, and client teams to ensure successful implementation
- Developing rapid prototypes by leveraging the latest AI technologies
- Provide technical guidance, demos, and support during pre-sales and post-deployment phases
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python (experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL
- Experience with developing production workflows on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and using API feeds
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts and prior experience handling large datasets with big data tools like Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery is desired
- Solid understanding of ML concepts: Predictive analytics (supervised/unsupervised learning), model evaluation, feature engineering
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Exposure to AI tools like Replit, Retool is a bonus
- Good communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Pay
The pay range for this role is within $100,000 - $150,000, with actual on target earnings in the $150,000 - $217,000 range. This range may vary for positions outside of New York City as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures. Regardless of location, candidates can expect during the first few conversations with MiQ’s Talent team and Hiring Managers to share any approved budget and details on our competitive bonus and commission packages.
