Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and product management teams to understand customer requirements and business objectives
- Design customized technical solutions that meet customer needs and align with company capabilities and product offerings
- Develop solution architectures, diagrams, and technical documentation to communicate design specifications and requirements effectively
- Configure, customize, and deploy technical solutions, leveraging company products, APIs, and third-party integrations as needed
- Conduct solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot projects to showcase functionality and validate solution feasibility
- Serve as a technical advisor and subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to customers throughout the solution lifecycle
- Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions to empower customers to maximize the value of their solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to resolve customer challenges
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance solution offerings and capabilities
- Provide feedback to product management and development teams to inform roadmap prioritization and feature enhancements
- Contribute to the development and documentation of internal processes, tools, and methodologies to streamline solution delivery and support
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a related position within the ad-tech, mar-tech, or data technology space
- Expert knowledge of solutions engineering and associated departmental operational excellence
- Strong knowledge of sales and post-sale practices
- Experience in a query language (SQL preferred)
- Experience in a scripting language such as Python
- Experience in ETL operations with expertise in at least one of these: GCP, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Databricks
- An analytical mindset and process-oriented approach
- The ability to function and succeed in ambiguous and high-stakes environments
- A strong communication skills and ability to present
- The ability to establish credibility, trust, and collaborate across teams
- An understanding of key value and revenue drivers
- A strong empathy for customers and strong adherence to quality
- An understanding of Advertising technology and its impact in a commercial marketing/advertising/paid media space
