What You’ll Do

• The Solutions Engineer will serve in a client-facing role that connects Sales, Product, CS and the public finance organizations we serve.
• Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers throughout the sales cycle to understand prospective customers' needs, demonstrate relevant DebtBook capabilities, communicate the operational and financial value of the platform and help ensure proper handoff to Implementation.
• Participate in discovery conversations to understand a prospect's current processes, challenges, priorities, technical environment, and desired business outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect DebtBook's capabilities to each prospect's specific operational needs.
• Communicate complex treasury, accounting and banking concepts in a clear and approachable manner.
• Develop working proficiency across the full DebtBook platform while serving as a subject-matter resource in assigned product areas.
• Coordinate with senior Solutions Engineers on multi-product, technically complex, or executive-level demonstrations.
