About the role

As a Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the primary operational contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned client portfolios. You will oversee day-to-day administration, client onboarding, performance reviews, process optimization, and UAT testing while collaborating across internal teams to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Primary Operational Contact & SME: Act as the main operational contact for assigned client portfolios, handling daily administration, complex inquiries, and routine escalation resolution.
  • Onboarding & Implementation Support: Execute setup, data verification, and validation within internal tracking systems to ensure seamless transitions for new client accounts.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Schedule and facilitate regular performance meetings (e.g., monthly operational reviews) with client leadership to review metrics, system performance, and open tickets.
  • Process Optimization & Best Practices: Gain a deep understanding of clients’ operations to recommend workflow enhancements, gather Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback, identify cross-sell opportunities, and document pre- and post-implementation processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Internal Sales, Product, and Research teams to resolve processing bottlenecks, ensure clean datasets for system conversions, and clarify billing inquiries.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Product Demos: Serve as the operational SME on technical projects by participating in product demonstrations and executing UAT scripts for new or updated software features.

Qualifications

  • Communication & Client Management
    • Executive Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to interact regularly with Senior Leadership and C-suite executives.
    • Client Leadership: Demonstrated ability to independently organize, prepare for, and lead high-level client meetings, coordinating internal resources as needed.
    • Interpersonal & Role Model Skills: Proven ability to lead by example, foster open communication, and empower team members and clients to share feedback and seek guidance.
  • Problem Solving & Strategic Leadership
    • Data-Driven Analysis: Ability to evaluate operational data to identify risks, evaluate alternatives, and derive actionable business insights.
    • Independent Decision-Making: Strong track record of exercising sound business judgment, thinking creatively beyond standard parameters, and driving workflow improvements.
    • Change Leadership: Demonstrates alignment with leadership decisions and effectively translates company initiatives into positive, actionable strategies for teams.
  • Technical & General Requirements
    • Education: Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) preferred.
    • Experience: Prior relevant industry experience required.
    • Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
    • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel to and from client sites in US / Canada.

Pay

Annual Pay Range: 55,900 - 90,000 USD
