Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to deliver technical expertise and solution guidance during discovery calls, demonstrations, and evaluations
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases and technical requirements
- Understand customer business processes and recommend scalable solutions that align with their goals
- Lead technical discussions regarding integrations, workflows, APIs, security, and implementation considerations
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to address customer feedback and technical needs
- Support implementation and onboarding activities to ensure successful customer adoption
- Affiliate with creating and maintaining technical documentation, demo environments, and solution playbooks
- Stay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and product capabilities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product by sharing customer insights and identifying opportunities for enhancement
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role within a SaaS company (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Implementation preferred)
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and SaaS platforms
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience gathering business and technical requirements and translating them into solutions
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and think critically under pressure
- Experience in start-up, entrepreneurial, and ambiguous environments
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail
- An analytical and process-oriented mindset with ability to solve complex customer challenges
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
- Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot a bonus)
- Experience with modern Sales & Go To Market tools
- Familiarity with HR technology, ATS platforms, or HCM systems preferred
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States
- Must pass a drug test and background check, to the extent permitted by law
- Must be able to work at our Salt Lake City HQ at least 3-4x/week
