Solutions Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the growing volume of new product ↔ SRT integration requests escalated from MSL and other orgs.
• Build and configure end-to-end review pipelines (e.g., intake → cases/enforcement flows) for common, well-defined use cases.
• Adapt and maintain integrations as the underlying review systems evolve.
• Cook up close coordination with engineering and cross-functional (XFN) partners throughout the onboarding process.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in software or solution engineering, with a focus on integrations / systems work.
• Proven experience building software integrations between different systems.
• Backend/software engineering skills — writing and configuring production-quality code.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with both engineering and non-engineering partners.
• Ability to learn new internal tools and platforms quickly and adapt as systems change.
• Prior experience is a significant plus, though its absence won't rule a candidate out.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience at large tech companies (e.g., Google, Microsoft).
• Experience working within small engineering pods on tight timelines.

Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $90.00 - $95.00 /hr.
