About The Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you serve as the technical bridge between Aaru's simulation platform and our customers. Your work is primarily focused on the pre-sale stage, where you partner with the commercial team to help prospective clients understand what the platform can do for them. This includes leading technical discovery, translating complex problems into concrete simulation designs, and preparing demonstrations and proofs of concept for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with prospective clients, developing a clear understanding of their objectives and how the platform can address them
• Translate complex or ambiguous problems into well-specified simulation designs that can be configured and delivered
• Prepare and present demonstrations and proofs of concept for senior stakeholders, including Innovation and AI executives, CMOs, and C-suite equivalents
• Partner with the commercial team throughout the sales process, serving as the technical point of contact and addressing questions on capability, feasibility, and approach
• Serve as a technical liaison during the transition from sale to delivery, working alongside the deployment team to ensure scoped solutions are implemented as intended
