- Partner with BD Directors on strategic account pursuits; participate in client-facing meetings, presentations, and business reviews as required.
- Partner with Operations, Procurement, PM, and Quality to assess feasibility before commitments are issued; surface constraints and risk to commercial leadership.
- Engage Procurement and PM early on opportunities with non-standard, complex, or high-risk supply or delivery requirements; ensure feasibility is confirmed prior to proposal delivery.
- Author or co-author technical and service-line sections of formal proposals, RFPs, and solution documents; ensure content is accurate and reflects Myonex capabilities.
- Review service-line content in proposals built by the Proposals team; sign off before client delivery.
- Prepare client strategy inputs, technical narratives, and value-driven solution positioning that BD can communicate directly to clients.
- Support margin review, cost modeling, and pricing strategy for service-line opportunities; partner with Finance and Proposals on rate structures and competitive positioning.
- Provide service-line expertise during RFP and quote development to ensure pricing is grounded in accurate scope and operational inputs.
- Coordinate with Client Solutions counterparts on multi-service opportunities that span services and drug sourcing; route and hand off cleanly across both functions.
- Partner with the Client Solutions on intake triage and judgment calls requiring service-line depth.
- Mentor and support Client Solutions development on service-line knowledge, proposal accuracy, and cross-functional engagement.
- Identify and lead improvements to solution design workflows, intake standards, and Commercial-to-Operations handoff quality.
- Contribute to SOP development (if applicable), training materials, and onboarding resources for the Solutions function as the operating model matures.
- Co-own the RACI for the Commercial Group with the Manager, Client Solutions and Proposals Manager; drive ongoing process improvements as the model evolves.
