Solutions Consultant - Miami Based
About the role
We're seeking a Solutions Consultant to join our Client Services team. You'll own the engagement from process discovery through solution design, right up to the build line. Your job is to deeply understand client automation use cases, architect the optimal Digital Worker solution, and produce specifications so clear that an AI Automation Engineer can build without ambiguity. You define the what and why; the engineer handles the how.
Responsibilities
- Discovery and Analysis
- Lead process discovery sessions with client stakeholders, uncovering automation opportunities and mapping end-to-end workflows
- Document AS-IS processes, identify inefficiencies, and assess automation potential
- Gather and structure business requirements, constraints, and dependencies
- Solution Design
- Design TO-BE processes incorporating Digital Workers, defining where and how automation delivers value
- Define scope, KPIs, and success criteria for each use case in collaboration with the client and delivery team
- Create clear, actionable technical specifications including process flows, decision logic, integration points, and data mappings
- Validate that proposed solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business objectives
- Handoff and Design Integrity
- Hand off specifications to AI Automation Engineers via formal design review, with no ambiguity and no assumptions left undocumented
- Remain available during the build phase to clarify design intent and resolve specification questions
- Review completed Digital Workers against the original design to confirm business objectives are met
- Participate in UAT alongside the engineer to validate the solution matches the designed experience
- Stakeholder and Team Collaboration
- Own the client relationship throughout the engagement, translating between business and technical audiences
- Scope and estimate work under time pressure, iterating as requirements evolve
- Validate scope, assumptions, and feasibility on handoffs from pre-sales
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay field insights and influence the roadmap
- Build reusable solution patterns, templates, and documentation that raise the bar for the whole team
- Contribute to SOWs, change requests, and technical delivery documentation
Requirements
Demonstrable experience in consultancy across solutions architecture, BPM/process consulting, or technical delivery at a relevant top company
Proven experience working with enterprise clients on process transformation or technology implementations
Demonstrated ability to run discovery sessions and whiteboard solution approaches on the spot
Strong process mapping skills, comfortable with AS-IS/TO-BE methodologies
Ability to produce technical specifications that engineering teams can execute against without ambiguity
Hands-on experience applying AI in practical business contexts, beyond prompting ChatGPT
Strong communication skills, able to hold credibility with both technical and business stakeholders
Experience scoping and estimating project work, including with imperfect information
Professional fluency in Spanish and English
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, or related field
