About the role

The Solutions Consulting team at Figma bridges technical expertise with business context to help customers realize what’s possible with our platform. As a Solutions Consultant supporting Federal accounts, you’ll partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to craft and deliver consultative strategies that showcase Figma’s value.

Responsibilities

• Paint the vision of the Figma Platform and guide customers in realizing the value through product demonstrations and presentations
• Support the Sales team by addressing Figma platform questions and showcasing how Figma accelerates digital product delivery to customers
• Own the customer IT and Security relationship during the deal cycle by addressing security questionnaires and enterprise requirements, in order to help customers adopt the platform securely and at scale
• Collaborate with Product and Support to identify opportunities for enhancing account security through new product features and help influence the product roadmap
• Create thoughtful content to delight customers and internal partners surrounding the Figma platform
• Collaborate with amazing Figmates to hone your craft and execute daily. We are looking for fantastic life-long learners who can operate with autonomy

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in sales engineering or solution consulting within a SaaS organization
• Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and effectively position solutions in presales, including defining success criteria and leading evaluations
• Strong communication skills with experience delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to a variety of audiences
• Experience with front-end development or the developer lifecycle (while not required, it’s an added plus if you also have)
• Experience consulting federal agencies and/or partners on SaaS solutions
• Experience using or working with Figma, or other UX/UI experience

Pay

Annual Base Salary Range $115,200—$245,600 USD
